Open Cities invited to join project in East Timor

Open Cities has been invited to join a project led by Control Risks, the security and development consultancy, providing consultancy services in East Timor. The recent victory of Ramos Horta in the Presidential elections paves the way for the project to start later in the year. Open Cities has also been included in a submission to DFID by Control Risks for inclusion on a panel for economic development services.
