Marc Stephens joins the country’s leading experts on adult skills and vocational learning in a new online journal published by Ufi,
the largest e-learning network of its kind in the world. Ufi, the ‘University for Industry’, was created in 1998. The organisation then set-up learndirect, now a nationally recognised brand for learning. In six years learndirect has become the largest e-learning network of its kind providing individualised delivery of learning to a mass audience.
The journal Vision 2020 is written by and for the leaders of the UK’s drive for improving skills, employability and productivity. This edition takes a look at the phrase ‘world class skills’. What does it really mean? How can world class skills be achieved?
Marc’s article can be found at the Ufi website: http://www.ufi.com/home/section5/vision/site280907/index.htm.
