Open Cities was established in 2006. We are specialists in the design and delivery of economic change management both in the UK and internationally. We have particular expertise in:

Recent clients
Recent assignments include working for the economic development board of a world city; a large UK-based training provider; the world’s premier management consultancy; and the UK government. We have undertaken market research in the Middle East, advised a large property developer on the establishment of economic cities in the Gulf, built up the human resource capacity of a number of institutions in the financial sector in North Africa including performance management and graduate recruitment programs, undertaken a strategic review of a training academy in the financial sector, and produced the data analysis and underlying research for a city-wide vocational skills strategy. We have also undertaken pro bono work for the World Bank and British Council.
